Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Before the Program Starts)
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of your purchase. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked, provided that the summer program has not yet started.
2. Immediate Performance & Waiver
If you register less than 14 days before the first session of your pass, or after the program has already started, you explicitly agree that the service begins immediately. Consequently, you waive your right of withdrawal, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Missed Sessions & Fixed Slots
Because our groups are strictly limited to 3 participants and slots are fixed, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or reschedule sessions for individual absences. If you miss a workshop, the session is lost.
4. Cancellation by the French Chill Club
In the rare event that a group cannot open due to insufficient numbers, or if a session is cancelled by the teacher, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full pro-rata refund for the affected sessions.
